JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14/08/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. On recovery of the dead bodies of Karun Kumar the brother of he informant and co- villager Mahendra Mandal, FIR was lodged against unknown. During investigation the name of the petitioner sprang up as the petitioner has liquor shop adjacent to the place from where the dead bodies were recovered. It is submitted that only on suspicion the petitioner has been ropped in as the victim Mahendra Mandal used to visit several persons for recovery of due consideration amount with regard to land transferred by him. It was also suspected that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2627 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 victim was administered poisoned mixed in liquor. Post Mortem Report does not reflect that the stomach contained any liquor. Considering the suspicions nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in Rupauli P.S.Case No. 53/2014.
