Mr.Sanjay Prasad, AC to AAG-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 The present case has been running on the list for the past two weeks and has been fixed today at 2:15 p.m. for hearing, under the heading 'Orders-X', however, none has appeared before this Court on behalf of the petitioner and moreover, the Registry has also submitted an office note to the effect that the High Court file is not traceable, since the matter is very old. Therefore, it appears that either the main proceedings have already stood disposed off or the petitioner is no longer having any interest in the present case.

Under the circumstances, the present petition can be disposed off with liberty to the writ petitioner to move appropriate application, in case he is of the opinion that the matter is still alive and his advocate is having the papers, annexing a copy of the writ petition along with the entire pleadings so that the main petition can be reconstructed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9033 of 1987(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/Saurav U
