This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 364 and 302 of the Penal Code. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.
However, the informant claimed that the accused persons taken the victim and done to death. However, except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Smt. Anupam Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur.
