JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner no.1 is of outraging the modesty of daughter-in-law of the informant, allegation against petitioner no.2 is of assault to his son with lathi and allegation against petitioner no.3 is of snatching golden chain of the wife of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that F.I.R. itself shows that there was a land dispute between the parties and all injuries are simple in nature. Further, they have

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur (Supaul), in connection with Ratanpura P.S.
