The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4603 of 2012 but the prayer for bail of the petitioner was cancelled on 15.03.2014. The petitioner was arrested and remanded in this case on 20.09.2014. Since then, he is in jail.

It appears that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3165 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in G.R.
