JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the B.S.F.C. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction that a fresh representation will be filed before the District Magistrate, Saharsa to consider his grievance in view of Annexure-8 i.e. Letter No. 997-2 dated 07.08.2012

The State and the B.S.F.C does not have any grievance with respect to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate that in the event if any representation is filed by the petitioner within 30 days from today, the District Magistrate shall get it inquired in view of Annexure-8 of the writ application i.e. Letter No. 997-2 dated 07.08.2012 issued by the Circle Officer, Nauhatta within a period of eight weeks from the date when the representation of the petitioner is filed.

The writ application is disposed of.
