In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) (b)/32(2)/38 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police on secret information has raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 58 litres of foreign liquor and 28 litres of Indian made liquor from there.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, the court below
