Petitioner is named in the first information report and there is specific allegation against him that he along with two others opened fire on the deceased causing firearm injury to him as a result of which deceased died then and there. It would appear that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2007 but petitioner could be remanded in this case on 18.04.2014. Moreover, it is informed that some coaccused have already been convicted by the trial court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3638 of 2015 (4) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 634 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 164 of 2007 pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Purnea stands rejected.
