Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was seen by the informant and co-villager Manoj Singh when the petitioner was going out of the house of the informant in the night after committing theft of attache containing ornament and cash.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and false implication is there due to village politics. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner. Considering the completion of investigation and no material is there to substantiate that the petitioner is going to

No.1530 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 tamper with the evidence and abscond the process of law, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dawath Police Station Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial court.
