In the present case petitioner has made a prayer for payment of admitted dues with panel interest. Petitioner has participated in the Tender No.8/66/Tender/37/Ltd./DNR/2000-2001 for execution of certain work. He was declared successful bidder and accordingly work was allotted to him whereafter he has executed the work within the time but grievance has been raised by petitioner that he has not been paid any single farthing nor his security money has been returned. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Commercial Manager, Eastern Central Railway, Danapur, Patna to consider his case and take decision and pay the admitted dues to the petitioner which he is entitled and also take decision with respect to release of security amount. For convenience, petitioner is directed file a detailed representation before the Commercial Manager, Eastern Central Railway, Danapur, Patna who will consider the case of the petitioner and take decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. If action has not been taken within the aforesaid time the petitioner will be entitled for interest at the rate pf 18%.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
