Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondent-State in paragraph-16 of the counter affidavit which suggests that as per the Revenue and Land Reforms Department Letter No. 925 dated 11.11.2014 there are certain norms and conditions for regularizing the Government land into raiyati land and as per the Rules and Conditions laid down in Revenue and Land Reforms Department Letter No. 925 dated 11.11.2014, the petitioner may approach before the District Level Committee which deals with such application as per the Rules and Conditions laid down in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4869 of 2021(4) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 the aforesaid letter.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation annexing all the relevant documents before the District Level Committee as per letter no. 925 dated 11.11.2014 of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department and if the petitioner files a detailed representation annexing with the relevant documents before the District Level Committee within a period of four weeks, the District Level Committee is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
