JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 22.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted injured Kurban Ansari by means of lathi and prior to this co-accused Bhola Gond gave Fasuli and fist blow causing injuries to injured Kurban Ansari on his head and eye. Injury report of injured Kurban Ansari reveals that he sustained three injuries, out of them, injury no.1 and 2 is said to be caused by Bhola Gond and so far injury no.3 is concerned, the same is lacerated wound over left index finger which is simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2772 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
