Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not, again, inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 1290/2011 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case no. 62/2011 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Naugachiya District Bhagalpur is, hereby, rejected.
