JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 4.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 4,6 and 8 of POCSO Act and sections 3(1)(x) and 2(1)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's grand daughter conveyed to him that this petitioner being landlord after removal of the pant, licked her private part.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled in the background of tenancy dispute between the informant and the petitioner. It is further

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 519 of 2014.
