The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S.case No.252 of 2019 dated 31.8.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, while the husband of the informant was returning to his house from the field, one Upendra Yadav caught hold him and the petitioner assaulted and pushed him, due to which he received injuries on the head and died. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that there was no intention to kill him. There is no allegation of assault by dangerous weapon. He is in custody since 1.9.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S.Case No.252 of 2019.
Accordingly, with the above observation, this application is allowed.
