JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 21.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific against the petitioners and informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2275 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, G.R. No. 760 of 2014.
