The petitioner seeks regular bail in Mufasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under different Sections of the Arms Act.
The police raided the house of Raj Kumar Pandit and from his house huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. Raj Kumar Pandit disclosed that he brought the arms and ammunitions from Dinesh Yadav, the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession except the disclosure made by the accused from whose possession arms and ammunitions were recovered.
Having considered the facts that nothing has been

No.1757 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name was disclosed by Raj Kumar Pandit from whose possession huge quantity of arms were recovered, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
