JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Heard Mr. Amarendra Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG 6 for the respondentState. The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.10.2017, passed by Respondent No.3, the Assistant Inspector General, Registration, Patna in Stamp Case No. 203 of 2017, whereby the petitioner has been directed to deposit the deficit stamp, penalty as well as the interest on delayed submission of deficit stamp. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ
