Petitioners seek bail in Ariari P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner No.1, Md. Makshud Khan gave grasa blow upon the head of Bhopal Yadav, Manobal Khan gave sword blow on Bhopal Yadav and Amzad Khan assaulted with brick to Bhopal Yadav.
From perusal of the record it appears that Bhopal Yadav @ Gopal Yadav received three injuries. Two injuries are simple in nature but one injury found on left foot is found to be grievous. Considering the fact that there is a case and counter

No.1799 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 case and on account of assault made by the petitioners, simple injuries are caused except one that too found on the left foot of Gopal Yadav @ Bhopal Yadav, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Ariari P.S. Case No. 154/2014.
