JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and five others were caught while they were carrying near about 34 children for getting them employed as bounded labourers and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since the date of the institution of the present case. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was going along with his younger brother but he was caught by the prosecuting agency on mere suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
