Vigyan College, Chapra Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and J.P. University, Chapra.

Learned counsel for the J.P. University, Chapra has filed supplementary counter affidavit and has taken stand that all admitted retiral dues have been paid except for Rs.2,00,000/- for which requisition has been sent to the State Government. However, he has agreed that such payment shall be made to the petitioner within two weeks from today. Further, it has been submitted that if anything else has remained unpaid, the petitioner should file a representation to indicate what the dues are and upon filing of the representation, within four weeks, the same if found payable will also be paid.

In view of the agreement, as recorded above, the writ application stands disposed off.

Learned counsel for the State has also assured that the amount which has already been sanctioned shall be sent to the University within four days. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
