2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 123/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2)/87/96 of the B.N.S. and under Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner was in relationship with the victim. He is in jail since 13.08.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge, POCSO, Katihar/concerned court
