2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna for claiming compensation based on the revised report dated 13.02.2013 ( Annexure-3).
3. As prayed for, this writ petition stands disposed of as
Patna High Court CWJC No.18048 of 2018(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna ( respondent no. 9) for seeking compensation on the basis of revised report dated 13.02.2013 ( Annexure-3).
4. If the petitioner approaches before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (respondent no. 9) within one month from today by filing appropriate application, the same shall be disposed of on merit by the respondent no. 9, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing speaking and reasoned order. It is expected that the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna (respondent no. 9) will conclude the entire proceeding within a period of four months from today of filing of the writ application.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
