Misc. MOD(SJ) No. 2822 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to make necessary correction in the age as well as the name of father of the petitioner in page-1 of Cr. Misc. No. 66654 of 2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of father of the petitioner had been incorrectly

No.2822 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 typed as Late Sitaram Mahte instead of the correct Ram Sharan Mahto and the age of the petitioner had also been wrongly mentioned as 35 years instead of the correct 19 years in the main petition and as such the same error occurred in the order dated 05.12.2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 05.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66654 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the age of the petitioner shall be incorporated as '19 years' instead of 35 years and the name of the father of the petitioner shall be read as 'Ram Sharan Mahto' instead of Late Sitaram Mahte.

The modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
