As per prosecution case the husband of the informant was taken by the petitioner and other co-accused persons and later on his dead body was found.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that considering the same other two persons have been granted bail vide order dated 31.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4403 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2019.
