This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in jail since 16.08.2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not accused in any case for offence under the Arms Act prior to this case.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
