The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner put some cotton in the mouth of the informant she became unconscious and when she regained conscious she found herself in the hospital with her father. It is suspected that the petitioner committed rape with the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the medical opinion does not suggest the accusation when the age of the informant has been found between 14-16

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
