JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is of recovery of motorcycle from other co-accused person and he has named the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is aged about 16 years and he is named only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner appear before the Juvenile Justice Board within a period of two weeks and in the meantime no coercive step be taken against him in connection
