The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Halsi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Jairam Yadav.

It is submitted that though there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons, but only one injury has been sustained by the informant which is specifically attributed to co-accused Jaiiram Yadav. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3256 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
