The petitioner seeks bail in Bettia Mufassil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 492 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police got secret information that some persons are indulged in doubling notes and on such information the police raided the house of Satyendra Pandey. From there the bundle of currency notes and plain paper of different denominations were recovered.

It is submitted that only one currency notes of Rs. 50 denomination appeared to be fake. The petitioner was also found there sitting, but nothing has been recovered from the possession

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2150 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 of the petitioner. No incriminating articles were recovered from either possession of the petitioner or from his house. The petitioner is in jail since 22.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettia in connection with Bettia Mufassil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 492 of 2014.
