JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Araria Mahila P. S. Case No. 49 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 376, 511, 448, 354B, 341, 323, 504/34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner is of teasing her cloth and intent to commit rape. It is also alleged that when the informant had gone to make complaint about the same, the petitioner and other accused persons abused and assaulted her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he happens to be the uncle of the main accused and there is no allegation of assault and abuse against him. She is having love affair with the main accused.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria Mahila P. S. Case No.49 of 2019.
