The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Sanjay Singh shot dead father of the informant and this petitioner along with co-accused Prasun Singh are alleged to have made firing which hit the right hand of the wife of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased and two persons are alleged to have fired at the wife of the deceased and only one firearm injury has been found. It is further submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3194 of 2022(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 though there is allegation of firing, but there is no injury report of Reenu Devi. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.8.2021. Investigation is complete. Similarly situated co-accused Prasun Singh has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 14, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara P.S. Case No. 190/2020/ Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2021. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
