JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 17.04.2015 Earlier prayer for bail of these petitioners was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court by two different orders and trial court has reported that case of the petitioners is pending for argument.

Considering the stage of trial of the petitioners as well as facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 855/2013 arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case no. 52/2012 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.

However, the concerned court must dispose of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2995 of 2015 (3) dt.17-04-2015 Sessions trial no. 855/2013 as early as possible, if the same has not been disposed of as yet.
