For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arvind Kumar Mouar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ajay Kumar-I(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 447, 448, 452, 353, 186, 188, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 435, 436, 109, 224, 225, 440, 120(B) Indian Penal Code and 52 of the Prisoners Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.
However, in view of the fact that the petitioner is not an accused in any other case of similar nature, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge if his case is not bifurcated for the purpose of commitment or charge specifically stating about his antecedents.
