JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, BlockSarmera, District-Nalanda for removal of the encroachment in question made over the Gairmajarua Aam land.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the Circle Officer, Block-Sarmera, District-Nalanda regarding alleged encroachment made over the land in question whereupon the Circle Officer, Block-Sarmera, District-Nalanda, would examine the same and in case it is found that there are sufficient reasons to proceed further in the matter as per the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, then needful action shall be taken.
