JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, the alleged recovery has been made from the house of Lalan Sah though on the basis of discloser made by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jhanjharpur at Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 197 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1712 of 2015.
