The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case no.321 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they came at the Darwaza of the informant and on the point of pistol tried to lift her and on hulla her family members appeared and the accused persons fled away. Further allegation is that when the informant and others went to make complaint about the same, the petitioner has assaulted the father of the informant by Farsa causing injury.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injuries are simple in nature. There is no repetition of

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, 3rd cum Sub Judge, 3rd, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S.Case No.321 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further conditiotn to co-operate in the investigation.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
