2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to the respondent authority to make payment of enhanced compensation amount to the petitioner of his acquired land i.e. Khata No. 15, Plot No. 29 area 0.42 Decimals, situated at village Mangabad, P.S.

N.T.P.C. District Aurangabad;

(ii) for a direction to the respondent to pay interest amount also of total due amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.18713 of 2018(4) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 compensation till the last day of payment as land has been acquired by the respondents and petitioner has left his possession;

(iii) for any other order/orders on the basis of facts and circumstances stated herein after of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
