JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner for extending the validity of the license of the vending unit of her mother as also for transferring the unit in her name since her mother has passed away.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2258 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Additional Divisional Railway Manager, North Frontier Railway, Katihar Division, however, she would be filing appropriate representation afresh, hence, the Respondent No. 5 be directed to dispose of the same within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Respondent No. 5 with regard to the aforesaid grievances and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same would be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
