2. Petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "1. For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ / order / direction for quashing the Office Order contained in Memo No.242 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4062 of 2021(4) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 243 dated 22.12.2020 (Annexure-22) passed by the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Muzaffarpur whereby and whereunder the Selection of the Petitioners to the post of Siksha Sevak (Talimi Markaj) has been cancelled in the facts and circumstances mentioned herein below. II. For directing the respondents to reinstate the services of the Petitioners to the post of Siksha Sevak (Talimi Markaj) at Urdu Madhay Vidyalaya Chak Abdul Wahid, Nagar Kshetra, Muzaffarpur from the date of issuance of cancellation order with all consequential benefits including the salary of the Petitioners posted at Urdu Madhay Vidyalaya Chak Abdul Wahid, Nagar Kshetra, Muzaffarpur where they were discharging their duties uninterruptedly since their selection to the said post.

III. For any other relief which Lordship deem fit necessary in the facts and circumstances mentioned herein below."

Considering the nature of engagement of Talimi Markaj, who voluntarily served the society for the upliftment of the deprived section of the community to whom they belong, no interference can be made by this Court, however, the petitioners, if so advised, may avail remedy before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar for considering their claim, as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
