Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 30 litres of liquor in a plastic container along with 800 litres of semi prepared liquor and also 6000 litres of semi prepared liquor was destroyed.

No.3330 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, the petitioner was not arrested at the spot and his name came in the present case at the behest of the villagers, who were on inimical terms with the petitioner.
Learned APP opposes the bail application.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted, is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 471 of 2020.
