This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Penal Code.

It is alleged that Amarjeet Modi entered into the house, pressed the neck of the victim and demanded money and also alleged that the victim was briefly assaulted and got unconscious. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the first information report, itself, it is stated that the petitioner along with his father was present there.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
