JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 01-04-2015 At the out-set, learned counsel for the State raises a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of a habeas corpus petition against judicial order of remand passed, in the present matter, by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present writ petition into an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He is permitted to do so. Let necessary corrections be made by him within a period of two weeks from today.
