Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the Special Bench judgment of this Court since reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695 (The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited vs. The State of Bihar) and since as per the own admission of the petitioner present at paragraph 4 that
Patna High Court MJC No.956 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 some of his dues has been paid by the Bank whatsoever the grievance yet subsist, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the statutory authority under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act for the redressal of the same.
