Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the only allegation against him is that he made firing in the air, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S.
