The petitioner seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.349 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in a case inter alia under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
