Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and none has come forward to say that petitioner had demanded extortion money, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chanchal Kumar Tiwari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014.
