Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Case No. 332 of 2019 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019 for the offence under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered three days after the alleged occurrence. He further submits that fire arms injury was on the leg of the informant and not on the vital part of the body The petitioner is in custody since 12.9.2019. Considering the fact that there is delay of three days in lodging the FIR and the injury is not on the vital part, the

No.1779 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-1st, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019.

On release, the petitioner is required to tender his service as volunteer in order to combat with the corona virus, he is required to report to the Civil Surgeon, Khagaria who shall take appropriate steps for utilization of service of the petitioner as volunteer.
