The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioners are motherin-law and Gotni of the deceased. From the written report itself it appears that general and omnibus allegation has been leveled against the petitioners. It has further been submitted that husband and father-in-law are in custody. Both the petitioners are ladies. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with
