2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to measure the land of the petitioner.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy, which is available under the statue, namely, Rule 23 of the Tenancy Rule under Bihar Tenancy Act.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.1217 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 petition is disposed off granting permission to the petitioner to avail the remedy for measurement of land within 30 days. If petitioner moves before 30 days, the Circle Officer Daudnagar, would comply the legislative instruction made under Rule 23 of the Bihar Tenancy Rule.
